昨夜は山形駅前で「おしんすももの会」の新年会でした。昨年産の新酒と一緒に料理を頂きながら、今年のすもも栽培やワイン造りの話しをしました。すもものワインは、酸味がシャープなので飲み飽きしない為、様々な料理と相性良いです。
