本日今年1回目のワイン仕込みを行いました。一昔前はお盆明けからの仕込みになりますが、近年デラウェアの生育が早く盆前に始まる事が多くなってきています。
今年は6月に不順な天候が続きましたが、その後暑い日が続き平年並みの出来栄えです。
今日は試運転に約2.5トン搾りました。今年も良質なワインを目指し、これからのシーズンより一層頑張ります。
