越中土肥氏の家臣。守右衛門。土肥半左衛門と共に慶長出羽合戦の庄内攻略戦に加わり、最上家に移った。最上義康襲撃に関わったとされる。最上家親による半左衛門の処断後も最上家に残る。最上家改易後は庄内藩酒井家に仕えた。
