本日の美蔵の小鉢は・・・・・・
“ゴーヤチャンプル”です。
今回は、白ゴーヤと美蔵のやっと
収穫できたゴーヤでつくりました（＾。＾）ｖ
ほんのり苦味があり、おいしいです。
