先週、７月１０日長井市で第27回長井トライアスロン大会が行われました
長井北中学校プール１km、周辺コースを自転車５０km、ラン１０km
のレースのほか、ショートの部、リレーの部など各部門、
選手たちは暑い夏を満喫しました。
ワシは自転車部門の先導です
