先日、鈴木製粉さんでそば打ちをしてきました。そば処 やまがた の山形県民としては、機会があれば体験したいと思っていたのですが、やっと実現しました。実は私はあまりそばが得意ではないのですが、自分で打った打ち立てのそばは、やはり格別でしたよ。一般の方でもそばうち体験ができる設備が整っていますので興味のある方は鈴木製粉さんをお訪ねください。
