本日のお楽しみ小鉢は・・・・・
和食の方は 「にんじんの夏ミカン酵素和え」
パスタの方は 「玉ねぎのマリネ」になります。
夏ミカン酵素はＦＢのお友達より頂き
酵素を壊さずにどうしたら食べれるかと思いにんじんと
あえてみました（＾。＾）ｖ
ほんのりみかんあじでおいしいです。
