縄跳びを買いました。
といっても「エアー縄跳び」ですが( *´艸｀)
昨日から実践中！1600回飛びました。
今日は朝からふくらはぎが尋常じゃないくらいにパンパンです。
三日坊主ならぬ一日坊主になりそう・・・・
